HIGHWAY ENGINEERS AND CONSUTANTS /HEC/ PLC is a consulting firm that is actively involved in the planning, design and construction supervision of roads from pedestrian ways to motorways to bridges to railways and airfields. The firm is staffed with professionals having long experiences in the various disciplines of roads, railways, structures and airfield designs and construction supervisions.

In addition, project offices are established as necessary and engage themselves with the technical, logistic and administrative details of individual projects and all technical and administrative operations both in the main head office and at project level have been fully computerized.

Currently the Firm has already acquired a land from Bourayu city Administration around Keranyo Roundabout and is constructing 7 story building to establish a permanent head office in Addis Ababa. The head office is organized with Engineering laboratory and other necessary facilities that will help the company in giving complete services for concerned institutions.

Our Head Office is located at Kolfe Keranio Kifleketema Kebele 06 House Number new, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and rests on a post house building in 2nd floor. The design studio and the various offices share 250 m2 of the total area. The head office is in charge of policy issues, general management, finance, administration and staffing that also liaisons with clients and other authorities.
